All the GIS websites can perform the following searches; Owner, Tax Map ID, Address, Road, Subdivision, Plan Tracking Project.
These layers are common to all the websites as well; Addresses, Roads, Subdivisions, Parcels, Plan Tracking Projects, 2009 Imagery.

Our application allows you to search for a property, retrieve its associated assessor record, print a map or property report, and export maps and reports. The layers are organized within the following folders:
Basemap Layers – Many of the layers here were common to many of our sites.
Property - Perform detailed analysis using many different property attributes and property layers. Review Sales history (by year), Vacant land Sales, True Sale, Properties with Structures where attributes are symbolized as layers. View parcels with labels (owner, taxmapid, calculated/deeded acres).
Zoning and Land Use - view County land use and zoning layers, City zoning layers, and various county and city zoning overlays for analysis and real estate decision-making.
Hydrology (Water) - Water-related layers like the FEMA flood map, watersheds, storm water and some physical features are present here.
Infrastructure - If you are seeking information about water/sewer utilities (fire hydrants), facilities, parks, roads, Adopt-A-Highway, Traffic Counts, Roadway Maintenance Provider (road ownership), and the like this is the place to look.
Political/Public Interest - If you are politically minded this is the folder for you! Polling places (where to go to vote), Precincts, School Districts, and County Council.
Imagery – Currently we only have the most current 2009 orthophotography. Previous years will be added here at some point, until then please use the Imagery Viewer.
Imagery Viewer - 40 years of images! Here is where you should check to view aerials and orthophotography available for York County. If it’s not here we don’t have it. Tutorial and More Information….. Note that this site has aerial layers that can be found only here.
