Abstract:
This data shows the various Zoning Classifications for York County, SC.
Purpose:
This overlay depicts spatially the Zoning regions of York County, excluding the municipalities, regarding their authorized land uses.  The unincorporated areas of York County are partitioned into zoning and development districts in order to protect and promote the public health, safety and general welfare of the county through the orderly development of land within the county.
